Ever wondered why you tend to alter your preferences as you grow up. You develop traits peculiar to your personality which is developed eventually or better to say gradually during the process of your growing up. We often find people attributing someone's life or fortune to that of their family and their upbringing by the parents and the environment that centred them. It's not wrong to consider it obsolete that inheritance doesn't matter in one's life. It does as one inherits the traits of one's parents. But there awaits a twist in the tale as there's always something more than meets the eye. Ever wondered who are the parents of the most eminent personalities in the world; Steve Jobs, Elon, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet. No one has the slightest clue about who their parents were and how were they associated with the triumphs of their offsprings. Then how would you answer this concern? This gives us a subtle clue of leadership being a matter of dilemma now and then as we have seen two opposing conclusions sharing somewhat similar outcomes. What approach would you rather prefer having witnessed two distinct paths yielding an outcome of a similar nature? We'll come back to this concern as we move further.
Studies conducted in Universities concerning behavioural psychology have found out that 40% of our personality is formulated by our inheritance and 60% is the foundation established by ourselves. So a major part of your temperamental design is in your hands. We've also witnessed researches which conclude that a major part of our fate is governed by us and not our inheritance. twins who share a similar inheritance find themselves in contrasting situations/circumstances in life after decades or so. So how would you correlate fate with inheritance? In the process of growing up, we are conditioned by society accordingly. But after reaching an age of 18-20 years we become capable of reprogramming our mind rather establishing a new kind of conditioning for ourselves. This explains how the eminent personalities mentioned above have made their fortune having no inheritance of special recognition or a rare distinction. It is because they found a purpose for life not only for themselves but for the entire world which they did revolutionise eventually. Finding a purpose for life might seem challenging if you do not prioritise yourself in your life as you are so involved in the worldly pursuits of pleasure giving yourself instant rewards of gratification every now and then. When it comes to purpose the book 'Ikigai' not only serves to be a leisure reading as its meaning implies a reason to live or a reason to jump out of bed. Speaking of which we often hear people saying never speak ill of yourself. And never speak ill of the dead. But for the ones having no purpose in life what difference do the two statements hold as a person passing one's days passively for 75 years or so, in the same way, is no more than a corpse when it comes to terms of mortality. So when you speak positively about yourself for yourself the stimuli get registered in your subconscious mind which in turn is a reservoir of thoughts learnings, experiences, memory etc.
Your mind starts taking in that information without filtration and makes it permanent overtime. This now leads to the establishment of a reprogrammed mindset which we became familiar in the initiation of this passage.
'Pain as a part of the process' is something everyone must have heard of but how many are there who have genuinely illustrated this statement themselves in their own lives. To replicate it they most often consider their naive and false imaginings as to be the pain they have to go through on account of the same and expect the reward they have always wanted. But replication comes to rescue none. You will be needing to embrace/endure the pain not to make your path or your journey difficult and challenging about which you can boast about all your life. But it is necessary because it paves the way to the unchartered territories of the human mind which results in seeking solutions and finding things out of nowhere which isn't probable in a state of tranquil. Exposing your mind to emergencies and compelling it to act above what you consider potential which most people think is only limited to situations in which they find themselves comfortable. This inability to recognize the infinite potential within leads to a delusion which most people live under and that illustrates the famous saying ' doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will'. Once you get rid of this delusion you become privileged in terms of cognition and you tend to find solutions to circumstances with a snap of your fingers. What's more important is that you become free of societal prejudices. The game is understood inside out and therefore you are the one who has created a barrier between you and the crowd having left them dumbstruck as to what they just witnessed and how they find themselves trailed by you to such an extent.
You don't catch momentum, rather the momentum catches you if you are willing to give what it takes to create the barrier we have discussed right now. If you are enthused by something external you will inevitably lose your motivation and find it an uphill task to stay dedicated to what you are working for. And if you feel that you lost your momentum and it needs to be re-established you are no less than those who pursue worldly pleasures.
Lastly, I would like to say that synergy is far more important than you can think of. Because when you synergize the element of instinct bound for fulfilment is no longer confined to you but it diffuses with everyone around you who in turn are enthused by your potential and embark on a journey to replicate what you have done. This how you define yourself as a leader keeping aside the matter of leadership being a concern of dilemma.
If you've liked what you read share withthose who need it the most.
You give people direction as you synergize and find yourself in a completely transformed state which even you at some point never thought you would, looking at the barriers which obstructed your path and you failed to realize that you were a stronger barrier which separates you from the rest making you one amongst the best. That is the power of faith you can develop to become the one whom you've always wished you could be. And this is the degree to which you are rewarded when you are re-worded.
