When he takes over the situation it's showtime for the rest of the court. An obsession with challenges is what keeps him on top gear. He eventually decides to hire another him or better to say a younger version of him on account of the demand of his firm.

The guy he chooses turns out to be exactly as he wanted to be. The only problem being he never went to a law school, yet he knew everything or even more than a Harvard educated lawyer. He hires the guy anyway and gives him the word that he won't let him get caught no matter what.

That's what develops a magnetic personality in people
. They say " Nothing is more attractive than a man who does exactly what he said he would", so when he gives a word he honours it even if it proves to be an awful loss for him. Envied by his co-workers he makes them wonder what makes Harvey Spectre " Harvey Spectre".

The point here is that people like him are a brand themselves. It is needless for them to associate themselves with an esteemed organisation to stand out in terms of recognition. An instance of such a solidified trust is his relationship with his secretary. They know the inside out of each other and their respective businesses. She knows every step of his before even he makes the decision.

Her ability to face-read people is unmatched. Whenever Harvey has an unusual day at work. Her instinct points it out and she connects the rest of the dots with his expression(s). We will be discussing more elaborately about this fascinating character in our upcoming work. ..

Of course, his occupation demands a temperament of that sort but he oversteps a little seldom. He quotes " Being a lawyer is like being a doctor, you cannot afford to be sensitive with the client or their pain. You have been assigned the responsibility of a rescue operation ".
