Having known about the vanguard and its arsenal, we will today be galloping along the younger version of Harvey specter.

Micheal Ross(mike) is like a warehouse filled with machinery which process and store information as intact as possible. His friend Trevor involves in dealing dope around NYC, however, mike on the other hand uses the brilliance of his to help others pass the common law exam for the aspiring lawyers

If there is an illustration of Robin Sharma's 'the leader who had no title ' it's Mike. The reason he could not get into Harvard is that he was expelled even before his admission, on account of his friend's treason.

Finding a better fictional illustration of the above-discussed concept can be like finding a

needle in a haystack. Mike has the answer to fixes even his recruiter cannot figure out. 

Harvey was amazed at his brilliance when he illegitimately appeared for the interview. He confessed to him about his dismissal. Harvey tests his brilliance and hires him anyway. Mike has been on the edge of the firm since day one. 

People like Mike & Harvey are hard to come by and easy to lose in life. What's important to note here is that Harvey gives mike the word that he will never get caught for not having a degree. 

However, things don't turn out in life as we expect them to. He faces challenges for the very same responsibility and fights tooth and nail to honour his word. Just like Harvey Mike also has a charm that attracts people. He plays the cards rightly whenever it comes to a professional bout. But two different personalities although sharing a lot in common can never be the same. Nature never tends to replicate things in life. 

The major difference between Harvey and Mike is, that the latter is highly empathetic for people, on the other hand, Harvey is a cold-hearted man. Of course, his profession demands a bit of insensitivity but Harvey oversteps quite often. What's important to note here is that people who acquire top-notch positions in a firm are often victims of trauma, which creates a void in their life and allows them to dedicate much of their life to their job. They get paid the highest amounts but there are a lot who miss out on life. However, this does not have accordance with totality. Not everyone who is designated at the topmost level of the corporate ladder is an individual having experienced traumatic experiences. 

Mike's charm attracts a girl in the office. As discussed earlier people like him attract others instantly. However, things were different when they first met each other. She was mean to him, being a paralegal she aspires to be a lawyer someday. Seeing a young professional become a lawyer in her firm makes her envy him and his reputation. This was how their relationship scratched out. It eventually led to attraction from either side. 

People most often say that the first impression is the last, but their relationship denies the very same philosophy. The reason why I brought this concept into the spotlight is that for every ideology there will always be something meaningfully opposite denying its validity. For instance, consider the following conflicting ideologies :

We often hear " something is better than nothing" but we also hear " little knowledge is more dangerous than no knowledge". 

Amazed? You might as well as, you ought to have heard the above-given phrases somewhere or by someone at any point in life. So which one of these two is the correct one to go with. Or to put it differently, which one of the philosophies would you approve of. This is what makes leadership most rewarding. It not only beholds responsibility for the leader but offers challenge after challenge as well. The ability to deal with dilemmas separates them from the crowd.

 The reason why Mike is where he is is because of his brevity and self-reliance which form the bedrock of his character. He gets along well with Harvey's co-worker cum rival Louis. We will be discussing this character soon enough in our further reviews. After having subtle differences in the beginning they get along really well, but the catch is, Louis never knew about the fact that Mike Ross never went to Harvard law school or any other law school for that matter. Sometimes in life when we think we are getting along really well we tend to think that this might as well go all the way down to a great companionship. 

But there is always something more than meets the eye. Some people pick up their pace with lightning speed when it comes to taking up new tasks and Mike is one of them. It is because he had familiarised himself with a lot of emotions and other discursive progressions that made him what he is today. 

Trauma can be disturbing but the post-trauma situation is to be handled by you if you have ever faced/encountered even a subtle traumatic incident in your life. However, it beholds a latent treasure that pays off for the rest of one's life. It is up to the individual how one copes up with the post-trauma situation.
